Prof. Liang Yang🎓︎

Research Interests: wireless communications, low-altitude networks, Internet of Vehicles (IoV), and edge computing.


Bio:Jie Yang 

Born in 1977, he is a PhD supervisor and recipient of the Hunan Furong Program for Leading Talents in Scientific and Technological Innovation.
He obtained his PhD from Sun Yat-sen University in 2006. He conducted postdoctoral research at City University of Hong Kong and Texas A&M University at Qatar (TAMUQ).
His main research interests include wireless communications, low-altitude networks, Internet of Vehicles (IoV), and edge computing. He has published more than 170 IEEE journal papers, including 13 Highly Cited Papers and 2 Hot Papers. His H-index is 46 on Google Scholar and ResearchGate. He has been listed among the World’s Top 2% Scientists (Stanford University) for six consecutive years. He was selected as an Elsevier Chinese Highly Cited Researcher in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
He has presided over 5 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and 1 subproject of the National Key R&D Program of China. He participated in 1 Key Project of the NSFC Regional Innovation and Development Joint Fund as the subproject lead.
He serves on the editorial boards of numerous international journals, such as IEEE TCOM, IEEE TCCN, IEEE TVT, IEEE IoT-J, IEEE WCL, IEEE COMML, Science China Information Sciences, Journal on Communications, Journal of Electronics & Information Technology, and Journal of Internet of Things.
He was awarded the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Guangdong Province in 2007. He won the Second Prize of Hunan Provincial Natural Science Award (1st place) in 2019, Excellent Scientist of the Chinese Institute of Electronics in 2021, and Outstanding Editor of IEEE WCL in 2020. He is Vice Chairman of Hunan Electronics Institute.

Prof. Kangjuan Lv🎓︎

Shanghai University, China

Research Interests: Urban management and services, regional economy, energy environment and technical economy, sustainable development, etc.

Bio: Shanghai Leading Talent, Distinguished Professor of the Shanghai Oriental Scholar Program, recipient of the Ho Ying-dong Award for Teaching and Education in Higher Education Institutions, member of the AACSB International Business School Accreditation Review Committee, PRT expert and mentor. Main research directions: urban management and services, regional economy, energy environment and technology economy, sustainable development, etc. In this field, he has presided over more than 20 vertical projects including key projects of the National Social Science Foundation, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, projects of the Ministry of Education, and major projects of the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences. He has published 7 academic monographs and over 100 papers in SSCI/CSSCI journals, including top journals in the field such as Energy Economics, Journal of Environmental Management, and Structural Change and Economic Dynamics. Three of his papers have been ESI highly cited papers. In 2024, he was listed as one of the top 5% highly cited scholars by CNKI. His policy consultation suggestions have been repeatedly approved by national leaders and he has won the Shanghai Municipal Government's Decision-making Consultation Award.

Prof. Shiliang Sun🎓︎

Shanghai Jiaotong University, China

Research Interests: Machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision; AI-generated content, multimodal large models, intelligent healthcare, etc.

Bio: Sun Shiliang is a professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the director of the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Shanghai Computer Society, as well as the director of the Machine Learning Committee of the Shanghai Image and Graphics Society. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Beihang University and a doctorate from Tsinghua University. He has conducted visiting research at overseas universities such as University College London and Columbia University. Currently, he serves as the head of the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (PRML Research Group) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His main research fields are machine learning and artificial intelligence. He is a member of well-known journals such as IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TNNLS, and the Chinese Journal of Automation. He has received important awards such as the First Prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Association of Automation. To date, he has published over 200 academic papers and in 2020, he published the Chinese textbook "Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning" (published by Tsinghua University Press).
